Our coaching is designed specifically for people in recovery and includes:

Know Your Rights: Legal Education

It’s hard to walk into a job interview when you don’t know what you’re allowed to say—or what an employer is allowed to ask. We’ll teach you your rights around:

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and protections for substance use recovery
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and how background checks work
“Ban the Box” and second-chance hiring laws in your area
How to request accommodations or explain absences without shame

Navigating Gaps, Records, and Disclosure

We help you prepare for the questions you’re worried about—like gaps in your résumé, your criminal record, or your time away from work. Together, we’ll:

Craft honest and strength-based ways to explain your story
Develop a “narrative of growth” that emphasizes recovery, not failure
Explore when and how to disclose your past (if at all), with legal protections in mind
