Our practical, strength-based coaching sessions prepare clients for the real-world challenges of reentering the workforce. We offer:

Client Self-Surveys & Outcome Tools
We provide optional pre- and post-program self-assessments to help clients reflect on their progress—and to help case managers and clinicians track outcomes. These surveys:

Reentry Certification Program
This structured, trauma-informed curriculum results in a certificate clients can proudly present to employers. It includes:

4–6 sessions focused on job readiness, narrative development, interview confidence, and workplace rights
